The Challenge

Three venues under common ownership ran on aging, incompatible POS systems with no mobile-ordering option and Wi-Fi infrastructure that couldn't support full-capacity crowds, leading to long concessions lines and inconsistent reporting across venues.

Our Solution

We designed a unified network and POS architecture deployed across all three venues, paired with a new mobile-ordering app integrated into existing concessions workflows. Deployment was phased venue-by-venue to avoid disrupting the live event calendar.
