The Challenge
Recruiting, compliance, and academic data lived in disconnected spreadsheets maintained separately by each of 18 varsity programs. Compliance staff spent days each month manually reconciling records ahead of conference reporting deadlines.
Our Solution
We built a centralized recruiting and compliance data platform with program-specific views and role-based access, integrating with the department's existing academic and ticketing systems. Automated compliance reports replaced the department's manual reconciliation process.
